Workgroup in SailPoint is group of one or more Identities who are responsible to act upon some item. Act will be like to approve or reject.
In SailPoint, Workgroups are created to assign responsibilities to some human identities to approve or reject any action assigned.
Steps to create Workgroup in SailPoint
Workgroups in SailPoint are created by clicking Groups menu under setup.
On clicking on Create Workgroup, you can create workgroup in SailPoint and can add identities into it.
